The Main duties of a timber store assistant include helping in the timber warehouse using forklifter to load and unload timber wood products.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of timber to customers
• Preparing timber related orders
• Receiving and stacking of timber material

Skills:

• Driving of fork-lifter – however course can be provided,
• Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision,
• Organised in performance of duties,
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset,
• Training will be provided.
