Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return your order you may do so at our customer care at our PM Hobby shop located at Zone 1, Central Business District, Bone Street, Mriehel.

Please present your receipt for the order, and kindly make sure the items are still in their package and in good re-saleable condition.

Items cannot be returned if they are out of their package, partially assembled or customised in any way in cases of cutting jobs.

In cases where the return is due to ‘change of mind’ and no longer wanted;

> If you are within the 14 days of purchase we can refund you the value of product, not of delivery charge. This applies only when item is bought online.

> If period has exceeded 14 days, you will be offered a credit note redeemable at our shop.

If you need us to pick up the returned item, there is a pick up charge of €20.

A refund is given if the returned product was found to be defective and/or cannot be replaced.

Returns will be judged on a case-by-case basis by customer care.
